Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using any Boring Worx product (including ReportForge), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
License grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our desktop software for personal or commercial purposes. This is a license to use the software, not a transfer of ownership. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the software.
Free and paid tiers
Our products offer a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans with additional functionality. Free tier access may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Paid features require an active subscription.
Payment terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end, but you retain access to the free tier.
Warranty disclaimer
Our software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You use the software at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boring Worx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
